Pregnancy Yoga 

Safe & Relaxing Specialist Classes for you & baby 

Thursdays: 6.00pm-7.30pm in Cirencester

  • Classes are on-going and booked in blocks of 4 consecutive weeks of one and a half hour classes, up until the last couple of weeks of your pregnancy when payment is weekly. 

  • Advance booking with payment is needed in order to confirm a place.

  • Places are allocated on a 'first come, first served' basis so early booking is recommended to secure a place.

A Word About Employee Rights and Taking Time Out for Ante Natal Care:

 

Employees have the right to reasonable paid time off work for ante natal appointments which includes the time spent travelling to an appointment and waiting. They cannot ask you to make appointments in your own time, or make the time up later.   An ante natal appointment is any appointment you make on the advice of your doctor, midwife or health visitor.   This includes parentcraft and relaxation classes."  (see the link below for more information)
